We think your little ones are going to love our latest free printable. These Colors Look-and-Find sheets are a fun and easy way to teach color recognition to your preschooler.
This download includes the 9 basic colors.
Aren't they adorable? My preschooler LOVES them! The Colors Look-and-Find Sheets complement our Look-and-Find Alphabet sheets, one of our most popular Pinterest pins to date.
We recommend printing the sheets on cardstock and laminating them for durability. If you don't own a laminator, then I also like to use these easydry erase pockets. I have a set of these and they will last for years! It's so easy to switch out worksheets rather than laminating and cutting.
Our FAVORITE resources for preserving and using our free printables!
I've had this set of dry erase pockets for probably close to 10 years and they are still good as new!
If your child does not yet have the manual dexterity to circle or cross out the objects on the page, but is eager to learn, these can easily be adapted for very young toddlers. Sit your toddler on your lap and say, "This is the color red. Can you find and touch all the things that you see red?"
You could also gather a small basket of different colored objects from around the house. Use the Look-and-Find Color Sheets as sorting mats and help your toddler sort the objects according to color.
